1. Independent service

GEMINI 4 CARBON is an independent third-party storefront and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Google. Google, Gemini and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the relevant access products.

2. Products and prices

The five products, USD prices, quantity limits and delivery descriptions shown before Checkout apply to the order. The server recalculates the charge and Stripe displays the final amount before payment.

Product availability is not guaranteed. An order that cannot be matched to working encrypted inventory remains in a waiting state and may be refunded under the refund policy.

3. Buyer responsibilities

• Provide an accurate purchase email and keep the order number safe.
• Review account eligibility, region, IP and current subscription requirements before activating a product.
• Do not share a Google password, 2FA secret, recovery code or other sensitive credential through public support channels.
• Use products lawfully and do not present them as official Google products.

4. Delivery

Delivery is triggered by a verified Stripe webhook. If working encrypted inventory is available, it is assigned to the order. If not, the order page shows that fulfillment is waiting.

Digital products can be copied or consumed quickly. Save the delivery content as soon as it becomes available.

5. Backorders

The Google AI Pro 18-Month Activation Link is sold as a backorder. Its source campaign deadline was 29 October 2026 and no stock was available when the catalogue was imported. The store does not promise a delivery date or activation.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

Refund eligibility is described in the separate refund policy. Starting a chargeback does not remove the need to review the actual order and delivery records. Fraudulent or duplicate orders may be restricted.

7. Limitation

Third-party platform rules, account status, region checks and network conditions remain outside this store’s control. To the extent permitted by law, liability for an affected order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
