Refund policy
A digital product is refundable when the store cannot provide the promised item or when a payment record is wrong. Delivered products follow the boundaries shown on their product page.
1. Undelivered orders
If payment succeeded but no working delivery can be assigned, the order remains visible as waiting. If the product cannot be supplied within a reasonable review period, the order is eligible for a full refund.
2. Backorders
The 18-month activation-link item is explicitly a backorder. A delayed restock is not a guaranteed delivery promise. If no matching activation can be supplied, the purchase is eligible for refund.
3. Duplicate charges
A verified duplicate charge for the same order and payment intent is eligible for a full refund.
4. Delivered products
Once a working account, code, link or verification service has been delivered, the item is generally non-refundable. The store cannot refund a delivered credential merely because the buyer changed their mind or later violated the source account rules.
5. First-login warranty
Ready-made-account products carry the source’s first-login-only warranty. Later account suspension, subscription loss or changed Google policy is outside that warranty unless the product page states otherwise.
6. How to request review
Use the order lookup page with the order number and purchase email. Do not send full passwords or live verification codes. Include only the order number, product, payment status and the exact error.
